With its 99 nuclear reactors, the US has the world's largest nominal nuclear power generation of the year 2018. By contrast, most of the new nuclear reactors currently under construction are in China (11 units) and India (7 units).

The largest import countries

In the year 2018, France was the largest importer of nuclear reactors and parts thereof by value. Other countries with existing and planned nuclear power plants such as Ukraine, China, Iran and the UK follow.
